I've worked in higher ed in one form or another since 2013, when I started as an overly ambitious IT help desk worker. In 2015 I moved into the world of instructional design and curriculum development and I haven't looked back. 

 

I split my time between guiding subject matter experts, creating original content, an d performing admin-level maintenance on our Canvas platform. Somewhere in there, I try to teach at least one class a semester. I have not found anything else that guides design quite like seeing it in practice in a classroom.
